It’s simple and automatic. 4Change Energy donates 4% of its annual profits to four designated Texas charities: Feeding Texas, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, and Heroes for Children. When you sign up, you can even choose which of these four causes you’d like your specific plan to support at no extra cost to you.
What is the "60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee"?
New residential customers can “test drive” their plan for 60 days. If you aren’t happy with your service for any reason, you can switch to a different 4Change Energy plan or cancel your service entirely without paying an early termination fee. This effectively removes the risk of locking into a long-term contract.
How do the bill credits on "Maxx Saver" plans work?
Many of 4Change Energy’s most popular plans feature a $100 or $125 bill credit. To receive this, your usage must hit a specific “sweet spot” typically at least 1,000 kWh in a billing cycle.
